Your vitamin d levels are still low. It should be more then 30. Continue with vit d as prescribed. If having severe pain can get vitamin d injection also injected it will help you to recover faster. And start with some physical activity and avoid sitting for long duration give yourself break for 5 to 10 min in between.
You should follow low purine diet in which food rich in proteins should be avoided along with certain others.
Vit. D's very important and inexpensive source is direct exposure to sun light. Other rich sources are sea foods. If it is too low it may be taken by injections or orally.
