The normal range for vitamin B12 can vary slightly depending on the lab. But a normal level of vitamin B12 in your bloodstream is generally between 190 and 950 picograms per millilitre (pg/mL). Between 200 to 300 pg/mL is considered borderline and your doctor may do more testing

Vitamin b 12 deficiency is very common in india.
Usually it reverse a lot with proper treatment with adequate dosing. It is usually supplemented with vitamin d3 and calcium. To comment on exact nature of treatment in your case I need to examine you clinically and run some test like ncv and vitamin levels in your blood.

As you mentioned that you are having deficiency of b12 every year .so we need to find out the ed cause ,anemia, lack of intestinal absorption liver disturbance poor nutrition habit of tea coffee are major cause of vitamin b12 deficiency. You need further investigation to rule out the cause. As you told you are alcoholics. This is as lap a major cause. I will advise you to stop alcohol completely and meet your doctor personally for proper diagnosis.
