Supplements will benefit only if you are deficient in any of the nutrients or a medical condition calls for a supplementation. Randomly adding a particular vitamin or mineral supplement won't help and in fact could have side effects as well.

your weight is appropriate according your height so why you take protein supplement, if you want to take protein in your diet you should try natural sources like pulses, soya, dairy product, nuts, egg its good for your health and body.

Dear, these are methods and instructions to reduce cholesterol in body:
* avoid butter, ghee & cream in your diet.
* eat five leaves of kari patta and five leaves of neem once in a day.

It depends on your lifestyle and your workout, if you take supplements but not doing that much workout, it going to put load on your kidneys, I would sug gest you instead of taking supplements for gaining muscles, go for natural good protein sources in your diet.
