hello hari.take high protein and high calorie diet. have small and frequent meals. don't skip your breakfast.take whole pulses, paneer, soy milk, tofu, cold coffee, banana shake, dark chocolate,sprouts, egg, omelette with brown bread, any sweet item after dinner, fruits, juice with glucose. don' t skip your breakfast.
