Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.
After follow this diet if your weight remain same.

Its has chance to grow your height at the age of 20 years if it will grow then very slowly I suggest you some natural remedies 1. Flaxseed powder 1tsp with warm water after lunch and dinner 2. Lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day.

Supplements are to be taken only when your body's needs are high or if you have a deficiency of a particular nutrient.
Supplements do not replace meals or a healthy diet.
A supplement can only be as good as your diet is.
So, if your basic diet is not good supplementation is not of much use. And in fact if supplements are just randomly added to the diet without evaluating the body's needs, it can cause mild to severe side effects.
