Hello Lyndem, first of all how frequently he is getting seizures? if more than two times per month then we can increase the dose 150 to 200 twice daily. If the seizure frequency is very rare then not to increase the dose . Frontal lobe epilepsy are more resistant to treatment that’s why dose should be modified according to frequency/age/weight.
