If doctor said don't need treatment means he does not have the treatment.

Mesenteric lymphadenopathy can occur due to many conditions starting from gastrointestinal infections to blood cancers. So it needs proper work up like proper history regarding other symptoms and diet history followed by blood investigation. Since you have visited a paediatrician, some work up must have been done. Without those reports it is difficult to comment any further.

No you cannot get the disease through vaccination. Hepatitis B is transmitted through infected needles, blood transfusion or sexual transmission. If you are currently infected with Hepatitis B then the vaccine won't be beneficial to you.
