I have chronic hepatitis b and did some tests and my doctor told me I don't need treatment for the hepatitis b.about a month ago was diagnosed with a coarse liver and the doctor prescribed for me levolin forte to help the liver. Will it help?

No it may not.
Hepatitis B virus can cause liver cancer and cirrhosis means liver failure.
If doctor said don't need treatment means he does not have the treatment.
Take proper homoeopathic treatment.

No it won't. Visit any gastroenterologist, if you are candidate for treatment, will start. As coarse liver in ultrasound solely does not decide.

My reports for hepatitis b earlier showed positive with index 0.3 in 2013. And after that did test of which result shows positive or negative only. My report for hb in 2019 said it's negative which earlier showed positive and in another lab it said it's weakly reactive. My concern is. Will himalaya liv 52 hb help me out to completely cure and kill all antigens of hepatitis b? As himalaya liv 52 hb claims it cure hb in 6 month course.

We visited paediatricians they all assured me that no need to worry about this but the condition of child is same as before 3 years. lymph nodes measure 5 mm to 10 mm since 3 years. Mesenteric lymphadenopathy can occur due to many conditions starting from gastrointestinal infections to blood cancers. So it needs proper work up like proper history regarding other symptoms and diet history followed by blood investigation. Since you have visited a paediatrician, some work up must have been done. Without those reports it is difficult to comment any further.

I caught viral infection before 20 days ago. Fever and weakness. That time crp was 48 and wbc 13000. Took treatment from an md. He prescribed azithromycin, limcee. In five days crp 24 and wbc normal. Then at 7 days crp non reactive but fever lasted for 12 days. Now infection has gone away but lot of weakness. Two weeks after infection over and still weakness continues. Little improvement than before. When will it go away completely? Are there any medicine I can take for this like absolut 3g? G for weakness and said it will go away. Also sir now it seems my immunity has become over active. I sneeze in morning and montair lc works less. (previously it was working fine n no problem even if I ate milk items etc after taking it.) now even small amount of butter milk causes sneezing even when I took tablet. Why this happening sir? When will my immune system become normal again?

Post viral fever weakness will be there ,strt taking multivitamin and drinks lots of water as sneezing in morning nd wth milk itâs mostly bcz of temp change that your body not sustain need to change medication.
