In viral hepatitis you can eat boiled corn and in fact you can eat eat all normal food without any fatty items .Avoid the following: Saturated fats found in butter, sour cream, and other high-fat dairy foods, fatty cuts of meat, and fried foods.

The symptoms of hepatitis are:
- Fever
- Vomitting - Tiredness
- Loss of appetite
- Abdominal pain
- Yellowish discolouration of the conjunctiva, tongue, nail beds, skin and urine.
- Whitish stools.
- Body itching
- Enlargement of the liver and spleen

Usually Hepatitis is not very serious, but rarely it can cause chronic Liver disease or liver failure. One can have two causes in a patient. Hepatitis D needed to be done in Presence of B only in some circumstances. Hepatitis can reccure.
