Fever with headache and vomiting could be something other than simple viral fever. Get your blood tests done to rule out typhoid and dengue. Take ors, nimbu pani, chhach, coconut water to help maintain electrolyte balance in the body and prevent dehydration. Fever can be brought down by cold sponging.
