Gynophobia is treated primarily with psychotherapy, which is also called talk therapy. Exposure therapy and behavioral therapy are the two most common forms of psychotherapy used to treat gynophobia. Medication may also be used as part of the treatment plan for gynophobia.

Cognitive behavioral therapy
cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt) is the most commonly used therapeutic treatment for phobias. It involves exposure to the source of the fear in a controlled setting. This treatment can decondition people and reduce anxiety.
The therapy focuses on identifying and changing negative thoughts, dysfunctional beliefs, and negative reactions to the phobic situation. New cbt techniques use virtual reality technology to expose people to the sources of their phobias ...more

Do not overthink. To overcome overthinking, you may try controlled breathing (pranayam) and meditation (dhyana). See results in a week or two.

Hello, Greetings from your Ayurveda Wellness Coach,
With my 15 years of clinical experience, I would say that definitely she needs therapy, though not exactly as psychiatric therapy, but with series of consultations after understanding in detail, we can guide accordingly. There are Ayurveda methods that can be adopted without any side effects and there are therapies too for the same complaint.

Hlw doctor. I have been facing some problems. I don't know how to deal with it. I always get excessive angry at small things and this anger stays for long term. I always blame everyone having insecurity that no one loves me every one always use me for their benefits. I can't apologize to anybody even I know it's my fault. I think that I should apologise at one moment and another moment I feel like it wasn't my fault I shouldn't apologies. Whenever anyone does any mistake I shouted at them I think they don't appreciate my thoughts and decision I get too much angry and argue until they appreciate that. I feel like it was wrong but soon after that I think no I did the right they are wrong. I get hyper emotional over normal things and compare everything with myself and feels like nobody cares about me nobody is giving importance. I loved them but they don't love back. When I loose my temper I have no control in my word. I say insulting words but I couldn't apologise. I try to control my anger but I can't. Whenever I try to control it gets more worst and not only anger I couldn't control my emotions at all. Even when I got too much angry or depressed I have suicidal thoughts but didn't attempt not yet. Why this is happening to me. What should I do to get rid if it. Please response. I need help.

If the source of the frustration is too powerful or threatening for direct aggression, displaced aggression is often used. The aggression is r...more
