it had already 15 days passed. Proper post operative care has not taken. That's why there is gap in abdomen due to pus accumulation. It is not recommended to restitch because it will lead to severe complications. It has to treat with some skin ointments, antimaggot spray, antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs.

first try to reduce bleeding, then apply antibiotic solution for 3 to 5 days, 3 times daily.

Try the jiuce of that product that you r trying to give to that turtle. Or alteast you should give sm ors powder added in water atlwast 5 to 10 ml/ day for giving this you can use dropper. It might b helpfull.
