hi sir, we are doing good... did u vaccinate ur pet regularly,, hope vaccination is not in due... becoz the signs and symptoms according to ur explanation looks like canine distemper,.. only non vaccinated dogs do get this infection...

Keep your rabbit inside a box with good ventilation and make sure it doesn't get stressed, it should also doesn't move, becoz there are chances that it may have got fracture, thank you.

Parvo virus doesn't make any impact as such directly on the growth of ur pet, so not to worry too much about its potential full growth, as per the diet u can feed him as per his breed, age and body wieght that needed to be given as per the balanced diet schedule.

Actually, first we should find out becoz of what problem the fits has occurred, it maybe caused due to canine distemper and any other problem, since you can't find whats the correct problem, u can't treat ur pet in certain emergencies like fits,
But as per your need, I guide u not to go near your dog and keep hands near its mouth during fits, becoz its an involuntary movement, it can bite ur hand non voluntarily,
