I have gone through the details mentioned. However, the information is very inadequate. Because to give any opinion I need to know the TSH & T4 levels when diagnosis was made. Secondly what were the symptoms? Why was a steroid given? Because in hyperthyroidism main treatment is with antithyroid drugs like Carbamizole and Thiouracil.
