Drink more water to combat dehydration and increase blood volume. As dehydration is the most common cause of low bp. Follow a healthy diet. Eat small, low-carb meals to prevent your blood pressure from dropping sharply after meals. Add more salt to your diet to increase your blood pressure. Go slowly. Instead of jumping out of bed in the morning, breathe deeply for a few minutes and then slowly sit up before standing.
Limit alcoholic beverages. Get regular exercise to promote blood flow.

It sounds like you are having orthostatic hypotension. It is not a serious condition. You must strengthen your leg muscles and use certain postural techniques to prevent the dizziness. You may contact for more guidance on these exercises. Also please get hemoglobin, blood sugar and blood presure checked. Any abnormality in these can also make you feel dizzy.
Hope this helps.

As per your history it could be provisionally be disgnosed as bppv.
It is a benign condition. But it is not confimatory as few questions are unanswered like how frequent you feel it and which side you feel it. Etc.
Visit any ent or general physician. U can contact on live consultation for further assistance.
For treatment we need a detailed history. So it would be wise if you come for online consultation.
