If you feel any kind of discomfort then visit your dentist and get it checked again, if not then there is no need to worry. Sometime it takes few days to adjust to the bite as your teeth are use to the space being empty.

First it would be better to know on which surface the restoration has been done. Try maintaining proper oral hygiene as advised by your dental surgeon.

Hello sir
first of all kindly get a full mouth x-ray done and discuss it with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Implant surgery is quick but it takes almost 4 to 5 months for it to integrate with the bone so that waiting period is present for all kinds of implant. There is no such classification of less painful or more painful implant. It is just the surgery discomfort that is well managed by medicines post surgery and you will feel almost normal after 7 days of the surgery.

Hello lybrate-user
your problem can definitely be treated through braces. In fact, your age is the correct age to undergo thae treatment. You need to visit an orthodontist (braces specialist) and get your treatment started.

What is the nature of the pain? If pain is intermittent without much discomfort then I think it may be due to eating something hard. If the pain is continuous then it is quite possible that the nerve is infected. Its better to get it checked out from a nearby dentist.

Rampant caries progresses at a faster rate in children and it involves multiple teeth. It’s also called nursing bottle caries as the decay spreads due to feeding milk during the night & putting the baby or children to sleep without brushing. Hence early diagnosis and initiation of preventive and restorative therapies are imperative in its management. Rampant caries can affect the early permanent dentition if the child has improper dietary habits and poor oral hygiene maintenance.
