Some people do have increased transit time of gi tract. Try to take ispagul husk with warm water at evening. Don't forget to drink adequate water after taking husk otherwise it may increase constipation.

Don't have tea or coffee. Have a whole fruits like apple, orange, papaya, pomogreante. All green leafy vege and other too vegetables you can have. Add 1 daily walnut and 3-4pcs of almonds in a cup of milk.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses.
If not interested in glasses then you can try
a. Contact lens
b. Lasik laser
