Vegetable oil and refined oil is not different. It's the vegetable oil that is refined chemically (refined using chemicals) or physically.
So, try to go for an oil that is physically refined.

That was a good question. You can eat raw vegetables but do not juice them unless they are organic. Plan your grocery in such a way that you can mixture of organic and farm fresh grocery. shop the vegetables that best suit for salads in organic stores and vegetables to be Cooked in farmers market. some vegetables sply carrots Rae good if you take them steamed as you get phytonutrients only if you cook them. same with tomato.
