water melon, grapes, oranges, apricot apple, kiwi. Black berries jamun, green leafy vegetables, cucumber, carrots, spinach, broccoli, asparagus ziccuni tomato, mushroom all have low calorie.

looks like you have tendonitis.
1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse
2) apply ice packs
3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation
4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement.

Hi lybrate-user, only fruits & vegetables will not help to gain weight. You need to intake a high calorie diet. Eat every 2 -3 hours. Have 2 aloo / paneer parathas or 2-3 cheese sandwiches with milkshake for your breakfast. Lunch & dinner can 3 chapatis with rice and vegetable, dal, salad, curd/raita, followed by some sweetdish.
