2.Vegetarian sources of B12 are milk,butter milk, yogurt. Vegetarians have to take B12 supplement

You must have vitamin d3 supplement weekly. Drink plenty of milk for calcuim and proteins. Have plenty of greens and salads. Exercise regularly.

The common causes (without disease) are lack of sleep, exposure of eyes constantly to dust & heat or alcohol intoxication.
So, sleep well, use a helmet if you are riding a bike or glasses if you are working at constructions sites etc, avoid standing near furnaces and ovens without eye protection and avoid alcohol.

There is hardly any vegetable which is not good.
Potato is high in calories but essential. Boiled potatoes can actually help in weight loss programme.
Dried fruits and nuts and many fruits can be avoided due to high calorie content eg. Mangoes.
Vegetables like potato need to had boiled, and you cannot consume it as guilt free as you would eat cucumber. Everything taken in balance is good and bad if taken in excess.
