See. Some amount of adenoid enlargement is very common at that age. Important to note that what is the problem. If open mouth and nasal sound is the only problem then try steam inhalation three times a day with some menthol in it. Otrivin nasal drops are also to be used regularly for long. Say 15 .20 days. But if she is having ear infection also, then probably she may require surgery.

Get treated with Ultrasonic therapy which would directly heal the calcaneal spur (inflammation of the calcaneum bone) which causes the heel pain in majority of the cases. I am having a pain which is basically felt from the end of the spinal cord somewhere on the bones I am not able to trace the original place for the pain is coming from but it appears to be when I am pressing against the bonds the end bone it is coming or it is felt so I am confused about this earlier I had a few instances of pilonidal cyst which eye which cured by itself but now I am feeling this pain at the end of my phone it is this fine and born and week back I had even more before a week I had small fall from my bike due to the slippery Road I hurt my left knee on the floor apart from that nothing was there an event for a few days no pain was there I am not sure if this is to be associated with that I can walk no problem I am an sitting There is pain I can lie down with my face down that is also ok otherwise and I am pressing with my leg so so slight pain arises please help me regarding this.

Looks like he is having neuropathic pain and may be CRPS - I (a condition where there is nerve damage and pain after that. There are few treatments like lumbar sympathetic blocks, ketamine infusion and spinal cord stimulation to treat this. You also need to optimise the drug dosages as sometimes improper dosage may not be successful in relieving the pain.
