My spine got more curve and I can see that my standing position is more like c curve I have huge pain and stress on body because of that is that any way to correct that and straighten the spine faster.

First, you need to do an x-ray to find out whatever your suspecting is correct. Then only can advise line of treatment. Do thoracic n lumbar spine x-ray done from some lab.

I met with an accident in 2017 march 23 near hyderabad metro spinal card c5-c6 injury my right hand stopped working later surgery was done in april 1 2017. Doctor said everything was fine your hand will work as before. Later I have done physiotherapy but my hand was not fine as before I think here the problem is with physiotherapy doctor. Later my hand become weak and become thin. I went to gym I changed physiotherapy doctors now I am doing exercise using resistance tube n band. My hand became as before but it is not working as before. Can I get my hand before please give my suggestion because of this hand I am become sick day n day mentally.

The first thing is you have to strengthen the muscles of the hand and the functional activities should be regained by the exercises to the near normal condition but not completely or accurately as same as before. Rehabilitation is making the patient to the near normal condition.

I am male gender 74 years old I have been getting my dexa scan every year or 1.5 years, in 2010 the report showed that I was in osteopenia. Range and for six year it remained in the same range varying slightly up and down now last year I got it done now some values are moving towards osteoporosis range, doctor says do some more efforts to move back what steps should be taken to improve, I have been taking vitamin d and calcium tablets as maintenance dose and these values are well within normal range, I do walk 35 minutes and some acnes and prayanams daily in diet I am conscious to take vegetables rich in calcium and milk and curd and cheese and lead active life travelling in buses and metro and do my works more in walking mode. Please suggest.

Mri of l-s spine reveals: 1) degenerative end plate changes at l1 to l5 2) degenerative disc disease affecting l3 -l4 to l5 -s1 levels 3) lateral recesses and neural foramina compressed at l3- l4 to l5-s1 levels having severe pain in the back and leg (up to knee) consulted an orthosurgeon and taken medicines 1) dubinor (2 times/day) 2) bakwel-ap (2 times/day) 3) razo-d and taking rest (15 days) now, there is little pain in the back but weakness in the right leg.
