The conservative management would be to keep ice in that inflamed area during one time in a day and to wear either knee cap or varicose veins stockings.

Hello lybrate-user.
It can be treated with homoeopathy without surgery. (surgery is not mostly successful and there are chances of recurrence).
And the cost varies as per the severity of the condition.
Average cost per month will be 500-600 rupees.

Use elastocrape, raise your limb daily for 10-15 min above your head level, don't stand or hang your limb for long, you need proper homoeopathic treatment to get rid of this problem.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

It seems your varicose is bothering you. You should start with compression stockings and limb elevation with pain killer. You will need surgery if it doesn't work out.
Kindly make a personal consultation to me regarding the specific medication and surgical opinion.
