It means that bacteria that cause tb (mycobacterium tuberculosis) were not detected in his chest fluid. In other words, he does not have tb
however, any chest infection potentially affects children more easily and in a worse manner. It might be good to keep grandparent and child separate for some time. Having said that, 1. Children less than 5 years are at increased risk
2. After antibiotics are given once, spread of infection decreases.

This tablet prevents clotting of the blood. The clotting and bleeding mechanism have to be in a delicate balance. Excess thinning of blood is also harmful. It may cause bleeding from the nose while passing motions or excess bleeding during your menstrual cycles...more

A minor pleural effusion often goes away on its own without treatment. In other cases, doctors may need to treat the condition that is causing the pleural effusion. ... Pleural effusion can also be treated by removing fluid from the pleural space. This may help relieve symptoms, such as shortness of breath and chest pain.

It might be due to varicose veins inflammation or it might be due to ligament injury in the knee. The conservative management would be to keep ice in that inflamed area during one time in a day and to wear either knee cap or varicose veins stockings.
