Hi, In 2014, I had Tuberculosis and the treatment ended in 2016. I had a pleural effusion in my left lung. Allopathy doctor advised to stop the medicines but there is still mild pleural effusion in my left lung and by that cough and cold remains there every time. Is there any treatment to clear that mild pleural effusion? Because I also having problem while breathing. Surgeon with whom I got treated at 2014 told me that it is okay now but im X ray it stills showing mild pleural effusion. So please do suggest me best that what can I do now its been 4 years now. Please.

Mild pleural effusion can not be detected in xray chest.Need ultrasound chest. May be just pleural thickening as effusion should not persist for 4 years

I'm 40 years old male, I need to wear compression stockings. Is it advisable that I should just go ahead and buy or I need to determine which works for me? Hi.
Vericose veins will not get better by any tablets. The commonest treatment is using pressure stockings which help the blood to find flow better. Sometimes it's progression can be stopped by surgery. You should consult a vascular surgeon.

I'm a 21 year old female. I worked for eight and a half hours today with tight shoes. When I came home after work and took my shoes off, on my right foot, to see that my large vein is swollen and looks like a weird lump. I tried touching it but it hurts so I'm wondering if its okay for me to go to sleep without worrying about it since this has never happened before nor do I know of it happening to anyone else.
