I have seen enlarged veins in my left leg some information confirmed those are varicose veins and my is 25 male some times am experiencing like SWELLING VEINS and pain in leg some times getting shortness of breathing too what I have to do? How can I over come from this? How I should face this?

Suugestion is to consult vascular surgeon. Younger age varicose veins are not common. We might have to see or rule out other problems like venous malformation, abnormal veins. Etc.

I am 21 years old and I had varicocele and I got surgery 2 months back before surgery my reports are like this. Scrotal ultrasound. Left testis. - 2.5×3.47×1.59=7.07g. Normal in echo texture and small in size. Right testis-3.59×2.51×1.89=8.94g. Normal in echo texture and small in size. Impression- 1.left sided varicocele (small/moderate grade). 2.bilateral small sized and normal echo texture testis. Semen analysis Is it possible to make sperm count to 50mil Before surgery Colour- greyish white. Volume-2.5 ml Viscosity-thick Liquaification time- 60 min Ph-alkaline 7.5 Motility grading Total count-12. 8 million/ml Pus cells -14-16/hpf Active motile-40 a slow progress-20 b non progressive-40 Morphology Normal-70 Abnormal-30 Rbc -nil And I gone through operation. And after 2 months of surgery still veins are there in left side and what should I do to increase fertility. Can I lead normal life please any one suggest .i have pain every time after I masturbate.

I have had this issue for quite some time (8-10 years) but always seemed too small for any consultation When I experience acute pain I tend to pass out and feel dizzy. By acute pain I mean getting hurt on veins or in the elbow/knee or deep prick from anything too sharp and in some cases at sight of blood. This is not very frequent and happens only when I experience extreme pain. Usually happens once in one or two years. Just wanted to know if there is something to be concerned about. Sir from my childhood I have dream to go to army and serve my nation india for that I have worked so hard and qualified all written exam, running race, long jump ,high jump and finally I have selected for army but due to this problem they made me as un fit for job and my dream 1. Hi. Two antibiotics at the same time may not help. Until really needed. Varicose veins in the leg can be sorted - 1. Medication may not help much. 2. Get a good bilateral lower limb venous doppler scan done. 3. Depending on scan report + clinical condition = may need stockings or minimal invasive day care treatment i.e. Laser (EVLT) or RF or MoCa (latest) which we consult and treat.
