Hello, as you mentioned the symptoms. It is grade 4 with complication of venous ulcer. She need work up and form of intervention to treat varicose vein. Also regular dressing of ulcer.

In your age of 18, it is unlikely to have varicose veins as you say and hence the doctor asked you to wear tight stockings which will relieve the muscle cramps which give you the pain

Best would be to do calf pumping exercises ,and wear compression stockings and walk regularly on an even surface ,don't stand for long at one place for more than half an hour keep moving.
