You need to be investigated like ultrasound doppler study of varicose veins to find out where is the defect, that defect has to be treated either by sclerotherapy or laser ablation or RFA, varicose veins may be stripped, keep using compression bandage in 3 layers and leg elevation.

hi. since skin changes are there you should plan for surgery now. meanwhile wear graded compression stockings, avoid prolong standing and keep your limb elevated.
