Being HIV positive is not a contraindication for treatment of varicose veins. Most of the cities in India have trained vascular surgeons. Please consult one in or near the place of your residence and get the treatment done. Take care.

It depends on the stage of varicose veins. In the initial stages, it can be managed without surgery. But as the symptoms and varicose veins progress, intervention is required. There is no single one shot lifetime treatment for varicose veins. You will have to change certain aspects of lifestyle and take care of your veins, otherwise it can reappear in any stage of life. Please consult a vascular surgeon for a more specific advice.

Usually varicoceles are not treated. Treatment is offered for males who have:
fertility problems (problems fathering a child), pain. There are no drugs to treat or prevent varicoceles. But pain killers (such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen) may help with pain. Additional treatment, such as varicocelectomy and varicocele embolization, might be necessary if your symptoms get worse.

Varicocoele surgery is not much rewarding. Success rate will remain same and does not depend on urologist experience but if patient factors like immunity or diabetes are present then complications may be there.

As you said you have varicose vein since many years then you must be knowing the courseof disease too. The tiny lines are due to varicosities only. You should do all preventive measures like limb elevation, stockings, prevent long standing posture, calf exercises etc.

Firstly you need to get done venous colour Doppler. Then if the stockings are not effective and varicose veins are causing problems in day to day activities then several surgeries can be offered according to present condition.
