What is varicocele?

Varicocele is an abnormal enlargement of the veins in the scrotum, the bag of skin that holds the testicles. Varicoceles are common and usually form during puberty, though they can also appear later in life. They affect as many as one in six men between 15 and 25 years old. Although varicoceles don't always need treatment, they can cause pain or fertility problems and may require medical attention.

Varicocele may cause symptoms like premature ejaculation, difficult erection, and even infertility if not resolved in time. Given that you are of very young age at the moment I would consider your chances of getting buffer fast with medication high. However, have you gone for an ultrasound scrotum yet?
