As blood backs up, the veins swell and widen, forming a varicocele. About 10 – 20% of men have varicoceles. Usually, varicoceles are considered harmless, but they can seriously affect a man's fertility. It's also important to a man's sexual functioning, fueling much of his libido.

Hello,
Varicocele can not cause ED but it can affect your fertility as it is one of the most common factors of infertility. It can be completely cured with the help of ayurvedic medications. Herbs correct the blood flow in dilated veins and prevents regurgitation.
Surgery is not successful as it has a very high recurrence rate within a year. Do go through the detailed video in my profile, regarding the same.

Dear lybrate user. A varicocele may develop as a result of poorly functioning valves that are normally found in veins. In other cases, it may occur from compression of a vein by a nearby structure. Varicoceles often produce no symptoms but can cause low sperm production and decreased sperm quality, leading to infertility. Varicoceles that cause no symptoms typically require no treatment. Cases in which symptoms occur can be repaired surgically. Take care.
