It should remain inside the vagina for 8 to 10 hours. Insert it after you go to bed. You may feel that it is coming out while passing the urine but it won’t if inserted properly. Still try to have it for at least 8 hours.

3. Try to take shower rather than the bath
4.Clean genitals before sex and pass urine after sex to flush out any bacteria
5. Keep the genital area dry- wear cotton, loose undergarments, avoid tight clothes like jeans
