Warts are due to viral infection. There is no antiviral medicine. You will have to get it cauterised as soon as possible before they spread. Also we do auto tissue vaccination.

Wart is a viral infection and not to be neglected. Please consult a dermatologist. You may also be having seborrhoeic keratosis they look like warts but need a different treatment. Blackheads if mild can be reduced with salycylic acid based face wash. Lot of blackheads with sk will definitely needed treatment under dermatologist care.
