My mother got cervical cancer last year done total hysterectomy stage 1b2. Now after a year its comes back locally advance in bladder wall rectum bladder neck don't know what to do. Is total pelvic exoneration is an option?

How would a diagnosis of both a benign pituitary tumor (microadenoma) and arrhythmia generally affect life expectancy and general health in the future for a 25 year old female? Of course this will depend very much on the specifics of each case, but should you in the average case expect to be able to live a full normal life? My understanding is that both conditions generally can be treated quite well separately, but is this no longer the case when being diagnosed with both simultaneously?

Almost all pituitary tumors are benign (not cancer) glandular tumors called pituitary adenomas. These tumors are called benign because they don't spread to other parts of the body, like cancers can. I have been treated for pituitary tumour and craniopharyngioma. My sperm count was zero coz of pituitary tumour. It was normal in teen age, 18 to 25. Nil from 25 to 31. I'm 32 now and I see semen when I masturbate. Doctor has told that I will not have sperm production for my life. But now I see semen coming like before. Is this possible. And i'm not in any medication.

I have done the removal of uterus and both ovaries and fallopian tubes before 4 days ago due to fibroid and chocolate cyst. The doctor said that due to unhealthy ovaries he had to remove the ovaries. Now I am very much panic. I heard the risk of heart disease, cancer and pre-mature death increases due to removal of ovaries. I have no such symptoms. I am surprised why doctor removed the ovaries.
