Its very mild. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

Even in stage IIa, radical hysterectomy removal of the whole uterus, both ovaries ,pelvic lymph node dissection are done. Medial 1/3 of the parametrium on either side, and upper 1/3 of the vagina is also removed. Brachy- therapy followed by external radiotherapy after 5-6 weeks. There is a term Dhatu Kshay that pertains to immunity compromise by excess semen loss. Once immunity is compromised you are prone to contraction of any disease. So increase your Oj Bala or vyadhikshmatv or immunology by fresh food intake, exercise, pranayam, meditation and use of herbs. Avoid excess masturbation.
