Hello, once cut, it heals by fibrosis and hence that area is weak and can cut again. So lubrication and serial vaginal dilatation can be an option for you.

I want to ask that if we can use alum for vaginal tightening? Me and my husband are doing sex for an year and now I am experiencing vaginal fart during sex and also my vagina is little bit lose. So my husband is forcing me to use alum but I am scared that if it can cause vaginal infection or it can cause harmful effect to vagina or during pregnancy or both? Please guide me how can I tight my vagina?
