UTI is generally treated aggressively during pregnancy. Please follow instruction of your gynaecologist as advised.
There should be gap of 5-6 hrs between iron and calcium tablets. Rest of the medication can be taken at your convenience.
Try to take nitrofurantoin at the same time everyday to maintain constant therapeutic level of the drug.

this needs an examination to find out whether it is only fungal infection if it is not then treat the bacterial vaginosis also if present and the most important thing is treatment of the partner as well if it is infected
