hi if HPV is positive then you need to monitor 6-12monthly for cervical cancer, if HPV is positive then it doesn't mean that it is 100% risk of cervical cancer.

Hi lybrate-user. The first step would be to visit a gynaecologist and get an internal examination. After that further tests like pap and usg etc can be decided. In your case, it would be better to get colposcopic examination and done and a biopsy on any suspicious area should be done.

Wash your face with any mild natural face wash. Wash your face 3-4 times. Use natural fruit pack. Take 1 pc carrot, 1 pc tomato 1 pc apple grind it mixed with honey n few drops of lemon juice. Tamoxifen is known to have a small risk of uterus cancer (endometrial cancer) and not cervical cancer. That's why you need to follow up with regular pelvic scans. But if she is post menopause she can be given different medicines. Can contact oncologist for details.

Tamoxifen theoretically increases the risk of endometrial cancer and not cervical cancer. Hence you have to do a 6 monthly usg abdomen to measure endometrial thickness. If it increases beyond a certain limit, tamoxifen will be stopped and other endocrine therapy may be started. However risk is small and the advantage of tamoxifen outweigh the risks.
