Once you eliminate the unusual vaginal odor, keep these tips in mind for preventing another problem later: Consider probiotics. Probiotics, which are good-for-you bacteria, can help maintain the pH balance in your vagina. Probiotic-rich foods include yogurt, kombucha, and unpasteurized sauerkraut.

Hello, my question is that. Whenever I go to toilet I feel a lot of pain under my vagina. What's reason behind it.
If you have a vaginal infection or inflammation, you may feel pain when urine passes over the inflamed tissue. And if the urethra is inflamed, you could feel pain as the urine passes through it. (The urethra is the tube that carries urine from your bladder.) You might be sensitive to chemicals in douches, vaginal lubricants, soaps or scented toilet paper. You may also be sensitive to contraceptive foams or sponges. You'll find out if you're sensitive to these products if it hurts to urinate after you've used them. Urination may hurt if your bladder is inflamed. This may occur even if you don't have an infection. Something pressing against the bladder (like an ovarian cyst) or irritation from a kidney stone that is stuck near the entrance to the bladder can also cause painful urination. Certain drugs, like some used in cancer chemotherapy or radiation treatments to the pelvic area, may inflame the bladder and cause painful urination.

Cooking and eating methods to prevent Loss of Appetite: Eat small meals. ... Also avoid areas that have unpleasant odors as this will decrease your appetite. Avoid greasy and fried foods. Drink plenty of water, and relieve yourself often. The simplest way to prevent a UTI is to flush bacteria out of the bladder and urinary tract before it can set in. If you're well-hydrated, it will be tough to go too long without urinating. Take long showers or breathe in steam from a pot of warm (but not too hot) water. Drink lots of fluids. This will thin out your mucus, which could help prevent blocked sinuses. Use a nasal saline spray. Avoid spicy or greasy foods and caffeinated or carbonated drinks until 48 hours after all symptoms have gone away. Encourage the child to have a bowel movement. Ask your child's doctor before giving any medicine for abdominal pain. Drugs can mask or worsen the pain. Here are a few tips for preventing and treating vaginal irritation at home: Avoid scented pads or toilet paper, creams, bubble bath, feminine sprays, and douches. Use water and a plain, unscented soap to regularly clean your external genital area. ... If you are experiencing vaginal dryness, use a vaginal moisturizer.
