Hello lybrate-user as your dand c shows hyperlastic changes without atypia you can go for mirena ,but with mirena you need proper follow up after every 6 months for next 5 years once your menopause comes your hyperplasia will get settle, or you may get heavy bleeding as a complication also that depends from patient to patient, and if you go for uterus removal your follow up would be less and long term complications are minimal.
