It depends on the size and type of cyst. You also have history of pcos, so do not do self medication otherwise your hormonal cycle will be disturbed.

Ovarian cysts do not always require a specific treatment, particularly if they are not causing symptoms. Often a pelvic ultrasound will be repeated after a period of months to see if the cyst has resolved. More detailed discussion may help to get your better and effective consultation. Let's connect over a call for further discussion.
Thanks.

Most ovarian cysts are small and don't cause symptoms. If a cyst does cause symptoms, you may have pressure, bloating, swelling, or pain in the lower abdomen on the side of the cyst. Let's have a detailed discussion to ensure proper treatment.

If a surgery is performed for the removal of a vaginal cyst, you can go home 1 to 6 hours after the procedure. Post surgery, you will need a few weeks to completely recover from it. It has to be kept in mind that a patient who underwent vaginal cyst surgery should avoid sexual intercourse for a minimum of two weeks. Your vulva needs at least two weeks of time to heal fully.

There are certain home remedies that can shrink ovarian cysts. Intake of high fiber foods such as broccoli, almonds, berries etc. Having a lean protein diet like fish, chicken and tofu. Consuming anti-inflammatory foods and spices such as tomatoes, turmeric, almonds, olive oil etc helps in shrinking ovarian cysts naturally.

Ovarian surgery is not so serious and problems are rare but its procedures have some complications. Problems such as excessive bleeding, infection, blood clots, damage to other organs or issues occuring with the use of anesthesia. Risk increases if you smoke, drink alcohol, suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes, if you are pregnant or you have gone through abdominal surgery.
