Once the cysts is gone, it will not recur. For this, I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take lots of water daily to detoxify body. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs. These will help you.

Hi lybrate-user thanks for asking. The cyst in the scrotum is a problem but not a disease. We have to do simple excision. It is a very minor surgery and is done under local anaesthesia. You can resume to your daily activities immediately after resting for half an hour to 1 hour.

Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen.
Rest when needed.
Give yourself a little massage where it hurts.
Exercise - get moving to relieve symptoms. Walking, running, yoga etc. Women who exercise regularly often have less menstrual pain. To help prevent cramps, make exercise a part of your weekly routine.

Soaking in a tub filled with a few inches of warm water (sitz bath) several times a day for three or four days may help a small, infected cyst to rupture and drain on its own. For further evaluation and treatment consult online in private.

Surgery is mostly not a solution as it can grow again.
It is better to cure it by homoeopathic treatment for permanent solution.

Oral contraceptive pills help in reducing cyst. But a painful cyst is associated with complications like torsion, hemorrhage which if not treated on time may cause permanent damage to ovary. Therefore it should be treated by surgery. Cystecomy is a surgery for ovarian cyst where cyst is removed while preserving major portion of the ovary. It can be done laparoscopically without causing a big scar in abdomen. Consult a gynecologist and get yourself treated.
