once developed any where usually needs only surgical removal, only small cysts can be observed to get dissolved by compression of hot /cold with proper balanced diet.
Cysts are the accumulated toxic products in body out of wrong food habits or constipation etc

A follicle develops in each lady every month in the ovary. It ruptures in the middle of the cycle and releases egg. If by any reason it fails to rupture it becomes cyst.
