Yes you can continue meftal forte for 3-5 days when the side effects of the vaccination are likely to improve. There is no harm, do not consume it on empty stomach.

For the COVID vacation you don’t need to take any antibiotics
After vaccination they will give the paracetamol 500mg/tab for the fever nothing else …

Both covaxin and covishield are safe and effective vaccines as per scientific data. Who approvals and travel clearances are a matter of paperwork and doesn't diminish it's efficiency. How long it will take to receive clearance can only be answered by who officials. On the other hand, incidences of blood clot with covishield has only been seen in some rare cases and there are barely any such cases reported till date in india.
