Dear you have to go for urine culture and sensitivity test. In this antibiotics will come which will be helpful in your management.

Get a USG abdomen and pelvis done for kidney' ureters and urinary bladder.

Hello if your urine culture is negative and you getting repeated utis, get following tests done.
1. Cbc
2.kft
3.blood sugars
4.urine for afb (tuberculosis)
5. Usg abdomen and pelvis
take lots of fluids.
Do not take excessive antibiotics on your own.

Hi. If you have fungal infection on the skin you will have itching, in case of uti you will have burning sensation in the urinary tract so take treatment accordingly.

I don't think there is any reason to worry as presence of a epithelial cells and pus cells there are indicator that you might be having a urinary tract infection which is quite common in women.
Additionaly I suggest you to go through urine culture and sensitivity to determine whether or not you have any microbial infection in the urinary tract.
