Asked for female, 62 years old from Bangalore

Hello doctor. I am 62 years old on and off once definitely in a year get uti. One course of antibiotics. Will help. But I do feel mild symptoms once in two months. I drink lot of fluids and it will be ok. I am confused cause I am careful about my hygiene.

Donât worry avoid repeating antibiotics take sy neeri 20 ml in 200 ml water three times a day for three weeks take plenty of water daily maintain good hygiene.

I am a 20-year-old female and have uti issues for more than 15 days. I am cleaning my vagina every day with v wash and drinking water 4 5 full glasses of water, had taken medicine also like pyridium and norflox for two days and uripass for 2 days only. I am frequently urinating and the urine color is colorless it is transparent and has no odor smell and also no burning sensation. Recommend anti biotic please.

You are taking the antibiotics right now. Give time for five days. I hope it will solve. Generally uti happens due to impure water. So v wash is not a solution, need good water to wash every time when you to urinal

Levoflox 500 one per day for five to seven days.
Urispas two times a day after food for five to seven days.
Citralka liq10 ml with half glass of water three times a day after food for five days.

I am 23 male and I suffered from long term uti to the point that urine wouldn't come but I use medicine and I was fine until I started peeing two ways and my semen are struggling coming out and some times I feel a little pain or burn in the urethra way so I thought it will be uti again but when I do test (urine culture and normal test) they say I don't hv uti am kind worried I would love to know wht might be the problem.

The most common causes of uti are

poor hygine
repeated use of antibiotics
sexual intercourse with an infected person
Low immunity
less water consumption
renal stone etc.

Without knowing the exact cause and taking treatment blindly will not give lasting relief.

From last 4 months after every period the uti is coming back. Before that I was covid positive in april 2021 and uti came in nov 21 and feb 22, urine cs was done and easily infection was there and allopathy medicine was taken as per report. It was cured also. please suggest some homeopathy medicine to avoid recurrent infection. I am 48 years female having burning sensation, pain and frequent urination urge. I am working also.
