First because of age understand and accept higher risk to mother and baby both by discussing same with gynecologist.
Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. This means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time.
In view of age go for treatment giving fast results like test tube baby (ivf)

your age is approaching towards menopause, after menopause generally this tumors become inactive, so I will advise you not to go for it, you can go for proper homeopathic treatment which will decrease the size a bit.

Hello, yes the pain and heavy bleeding is most likely because of the fibroids. However following menopause fibroids usually shrink and stop producing these symptoms. Since your wife is already 47 years old. My advice is to manage the symptoms with medications for as long as possible. If not subsiding then need to consider surgery

U have to visit a gynaecologist if you wants to go for surgery and if you wants to cure it without surgical procedure then you have to do proper homeopathic treatment only, so you can contact me through Lybrate in private consultation.
