Homeopathy Doctor•Bellary
As the size of fibroid is not large, surgery is not necessary for fibroid and it can be treated and resolved with homeopathy. I need to take your symptoms and then analyze your case followed by prescription. The fibroid will gradually reduce in size with medication and then completely resolve. You can contact me for further details. Consultation also available in kannada language.

Bulky uterine fibroids are not easy to cure with medicine alone. Sometimes procedures are needed. However diet and lifestyle modifications are necessary. If you want to be on safer side, pl follow yoga, exercise, pranayam and Ayurvedic medicine. For a ppt on this and other details you may consult in confidence.

Gynaecologist•
Hello lybrate-user as your dand c shows hyperlastic changes without atypia you can go for mirena ,but with mirena you need proper follow up after every 6 months for next 5 years once your menopause comes your hyperplasia will get settle, or you may get heavy bleeding as a complication also that depends from patient to patient, and if you go for uterus removal your follow up would be less and long term complications are minimal. Decision depends on you as how compliant you are.

If it's more than 5 cm then go for surgery otherwise if it's lower than this then go for proper homeopathic treatment.
