Fibroids increase in size till menopause and then they decrease in size but don't disappear.
In some, they come in way of conceiving.

This is the normal side effect of the tab. the aim is to stop menses as oestrogen promoted fibroid growth, so if menses are stopped, fibroids would stop growing.
