This may not cause big threat and you follow the advise of your gynecologist as it depends on the position of the fibroid and is better to remove it anyway.

A gynaecologist and obstetrician can resolve this problem ,till the time she doesn't deliver there is no treatment possible, and post delivery if the problem exists, usually it occurs during pregnancy due to harmonal changes, and disappears post delivery, but if it continues to stay or grow further ,it can very well be treated without any surgery, with the help of medicines and injections.

Every surgery has its risk. It is comparing complaints & medical health v/s potential risks.
Recovery time actually 48 hours but some patients may feel like taking rest for 5-7 days.

Hello , I would advise you to start slowly with low-impact exercises such as walking, bicycling and hiking. Gradually increase your exercise time and intensity.

Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time.
However do insist for any treatment giving early result in view of age.

First confirm this condition by USg and urodynamic study. Then we have to decide the therapy- whether medicines can be given or you need surgery directly
