These are small stones. Might come out and might not. If they trouble you get it removed endoscopically by a urologist. The procedure is called rirs. Ther is no incision or stitch.

Hello, Mr. lybrate-user, how are you? I have gone through your question. You have a stone in Ureter. The size is too big. Without thinking anything, you straight way go for surgery. You have not mentioned about the location of stone. If it is in upper part, it will be removed By operation called PCNL. And if in lower part, lithotripsy will be done by endoscopy. Best of luck.

Please follow the below mentioned instructions to prevent recurrent urinary tract infections:
1.Please make sure you drink plenty of oral fluids ~ 2.5 litres a day.
2.Please avoid holding urine for longer periods of time. Please void urine whenever you feel the urge to do so.
3.Wipe from front to back after a bowel movement.

1.The estimated chance of recurrence of stone formation is nearly 50% at 5 years.(If you take 100 patients, 50 patients out of them will have stone recurrence in 5 years time)

There can be many causes of foamy urine.
Commonest is proteinuria.
Other causes could be concentrated urine, obesity,high protein diet, caffine consumption etc.
In your case some of these seem to be contributing.
